The apartment has an unbeatable location, in between Gothic Quarter and Barceloneta, a step away from Santa María del Mar or Picasso Museum. Borne is the neighbourhood of the latest trends in shops, restaurants, bars. It's at walking distance from the beach, Ramblas or most tourist destinations. Welcome to this beautiful sunny apartment (with a cozy balcony) in the best area of Barcelona ! Located next to Paseo de Gracia and a short walk to Sagrada Familia, the south facing flat is sunny and quiet as it's not facing the street. It has high ceilings and all modern amenities as it's been recently renovated. Fully equipped kitchen. A/C in all rooms, free Netflix account and Apple TV. Both bathrooms have modern rain-head shower stalls.

Lux Apartment - Center of Barcelona. We're Back

To all guests: Tourist Tax has to be paid in Check in. 6,25€ per guest per day, Max of 7 days. Brand New, I took time to redecorate and renovate completely. I tried to make it as comfortable as posible for new guests, the experience before as an owner and pandemia, made it possible. So hope you're stay would be nicer and comfy. Just enjoy your stay with us, with a good rest in the heart of Barcelona.

Sunny Loft in Barcelona 5' walk to the beach

COVID19 Measures: Reservations are spaced in time, so that no previous guest has occupied the place during the previous 72 hours. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for about 5 hours, about 72 hours prior to any stay. All clothes have been washed at 60% degrees, all surfaces and floors disinfected. Be save !!
