Central 3 bedroom penthouse with sunny balcony!

This sunny and top floor apartment is located in the middle of Copenhagen City, 5 min. walk from the metro station "Kongens Nytorv", and 1 min. from the water and Nyhavn. You can rent bikes nearby, and experience the city easily. The apartment has a large balcony from the bedroom, with sun from around 12-20. the rest of the apartment consists of two an suite livingrooms, a kicthen with a dishwasher and a big bathroom. Smoking and party is not allowed. You will have the apartment to yourself.

Lækker ny-renoveret lejlighed midt på Amager med stort lysindfald. Tæt på KBH centrum og tæt på metroen. Lejligheden fremstår i lyse farver og er fuldstændig renoveret. Der er 2 soveværelser med trekvarte senge og et skrivebord med siddeplads. Køkkenet er lyst og funktionelt med ovn, kogeplader og køleskab - særdeles veludstyret. Der er også en dejlig stue med sofaarrangement og spisebord , samt TV. Bad og toilet ligger for enden af entréen, som samler hele lejligheden, der ligger i stueplan.

Charming and cosy flat in the heart of central Copenhagen. The middle age city, also called the Latin Quarter. The most lovely and vibrant area in all Cph. From the flat you reach everything in the city center by foot. You have the best of Cph at your door step. The apartment is in the back yard, withdrawn from the street, and safe with a gate, and you can enjoy sitting on the private balcony with your coffee and a drink. Her kan du enten nyde den historiske atmosfære under pakhusets gamle bjælker eller det fredelige gårdmiljø på en af de to terrasser. Der er både udgang til romantiske Magstræde og til Nybrogade ved kanalen. Her er du tæt på Rådhuspladsen og Gammel Strand Metro. Luxury apartment with privat parking place.

Lovely one bedroom 62 kv/m apartment with an amazing view to Copenhagen water kanal and privet parking included. Apartment is not in the city center, but it won’t take more then 20 min walk or 7 min by bicycle to Copenhagen center. And 10 min walk to a shopping mole Fisketorvet. You can enjoy sunny evenings on a balcony with a cold drink. The building is from 2021 and the neighborhood is new too. Train station Dybbølsbro is on a walk distance. Water-bus goes to our location too.

Apartment in the famous Nyhavn - close to Metro

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
