Precioso Loft tiene cama de matrimonio,un sofá cama muy cómodo, salón y cocina todo en el mismo espacio abierto. Baño cerrado y un pequeño patio privado. WIFI EXCELENTE. Todo nuevo,recién reformado. Está situado a 17 MINUTOS del castillo de Santa Barbara y17' CAMINANDO de la playa Postiguet. El barrio está rodeado de restaurantes y todo tipo de comercios, a 6 calles de un Gran centro comercial. Está muy bien comunicado con autobuses y Tram. Posibilidad de alquilar parking cercano.

Welcome to Alicante, cosy and modern self-catering apartment, on a quiet street and yet centrally located. Direct bus link to the airport, only 950 metres to the beach, 5 mins walk to Santa Bárbara Castle. Antique offers free WiFi access, air condition. Neat and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, microwave & oven and everything else you would need to make your stay comfortable. It has a large roof terrace with unbeatable views of the city and vegetation, with direct access from the living room by a Japanese staircase with alternating tread. Located in the old town where you will find the best atmosphere of restaurants and trendy bars. The Postiguet beach is 500 m away (7 minutes walking). Ideal to enjoy the city on foot, the beach or the mountains.
