A quiet suite with bathroom and bedroom recently renovated, this private location is perfect for you. One bedroom with a comfortable bed and lots of closet space. From the bedroom you have access to a solarium where you could have your coffee in the morning. One bathroom with shower and heated floor. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances. Comfortable living room with TV and outdoor patio with a table and chairs. Shared laundry with stackable washer/dryer. You will have a private entrance that takes you to your garden suite. There is no access to the main part of the house. We are a family of 3 living upstairs. We are close to downtown Vancouver, around 25 min by car or there are direct buses from Deep Cove. You can enjoy the benefits of the slower pace of North Shore, while maintaining proximity to downtown Vancouver. It really is the best of both worlds. -WiFi -Radiant in-floor heating at the bathroom -Baseboard heat in every room -Gas fireplace -In-suite laundry We will interact with our guests as much or as little as desired and possible. Deep Cove is short walk through the woods or you can take the bus. At the village you will find restaurants, coffee shops, gift stores, The Deep Cove Sailing Club and a Kayak rental facility. You could also hike to Quarry Rock and enjoy the beautiful view. Great spot for all seasons. At summer time you can go for a hike on the woods, enjoy the beach or have a hamburger at the park. Two golf courses just a short 5 minute drive from the house. Winter is beautiful around here, you will be close to the Cypress, Grouse and specially Mount Seymor Ski hill. Whistler is not far if you want to go for a drive. And you can mountain bike all year! Other things around here: The Raven Pub – Great pizza! Excellent choice for a beer after a long day! This impeccably clean, bright, and safe LITTLE studio is in Hastings Sunrise in East Vancouver. Located near the PNE, this suite is 30 mins from the airport, 20 mins to downtown, 15 mins to the North Shore. We are in a generally quiet residential area, yet you can easily walk to all of the urban amenities you would expect in a city or use the transit just up the street.
