Avalon - Coastal charm

Consistently in the top 5% of Airbnb's in Port Macquarie, Avalon is all about relaxation and comfort with open plan living and modern conveniences. Along with the benefit of nearby cafes, restaurants and beaches within a five minute walk, the location is convenient enough to leave the car at home. Enjoy the north-easterly sea breezes and district and city views from the wrap around verandah of this charming, original 1920's home. One of the few homes of the era left in Port Macquarie.

Hollingworth House

Our home is a unique 100 year old historic timber residence which has been renovated and restored with 2.5 modern bathrooms and kitchen. We have 3 queen size bedrooms, 2 single beds and a cot. A sofa bed is available. There are 2 separate living areas and a covered courtyard. A short 7 minute walk to town, which offers many cafes and restaurants. Koolongbung nature reserve and walking tracks are at our doorstep, and the famous Koala hospital is close by. Small groups and families welcome
