Bartolomeo Townhouse

A modern & stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story townhouse right in the centre of town! Situated in a prime location, behind the town tennis courts & only a short 2 minute walk to the Pt Lincoln Hotel, the water & the front street that has plenty of shops, pubs & eateries to enjoy. The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

This place was designed and built around our experience in Norway. Enjoy a beautiful location - 100 m from the beach, a 15 minute walk to the CBD and close to the coastal trail. Cosy up to the fire inside, or entertain outside. Main bedroom includes a king bed, ocean views, a double shower in the ensuite and a freestanding bath in the bathroom. A king bed is place in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the 3rd. Secluded and peaceful location with all the design and suave of designer living.

Walk out the front onto the Parnkalla Trail or just relax on the deck.

R & R Cabin Tulka, beautiful location ❤️

Self contained new studio apartment (cabin) located in Tulka, 8km south of Pt Lincoln. The cabin overlooks our pool area, with our house on one side and a native veg roadside on the other. It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, very close to national park, walking, beaches, fishing, mountain bike trials and many other tourist attractions.

'The Little House'

Our 'Little House' is a simple little stone studio. It is simple, clean, tidy, and quiet. Located behind and separate from the main house with private side foot access. Please note the Little House is in close proximity to the main house but we do maintain your privacy. Great for couples wanting a base to explore beautiful Port Lincoln. Surrounded by lovely old homes and walking distance to swimming beach and Parnkalla walking trail.
