No roads between the property & the beach. Convenient stairway access to beach at the front. Neighbouring property, Sandcastles 2 Moonta Bay may also be of interest depending on availability & your group size. Note a security camera at Sandcastles 1 shed monitors the property rear entrance where rubbish bins are stored for security.

This cottage is over 100 years old and has been brought back to life. This charming little home has been saved from ruin and renovated. It may look small from the outside but you will be pleasantly surprised how spacious it is on the inside. It also has a very large backyard with small grassed area and large peppercorn tree.It is well situated in lovely Wallaroo and with in walking distance to the beach, main street, Hospital, pubs, Coopers alehouse, service station, pizza place and lots more.

The Cosy Nook

Recently renovated, large basic yard with plenty of space for boat or caravan. The Cosy Nook is suitable for couples, a family or group of friends wanting to experience a seaside adventure. Two undercover car parking spaces, walking distance from the Main Street, shops, jetty (approx 1km), playground and Waterpark. Cowell boasts excellent fishing/crabbing and we have much local knowledge to share. Fresh oysters also available on request. We live nearby and are happy to help any way we can.
