The Old Mill

A short walk to the beach, the Deep Blue Day Spas ( natural hot springs) and skatepark. Minutes away from the Lake Pertobe playground/ and bbq’s. Mini golf just a step away. There are some great restaurants not too far away. 20 minute walk to Flagstaff maritime village and another 5 minutes and you are in the city centre.

The minute you walk through the door you will want to kick off your shoes, play some tunes and mix yourself a drink. The Flume surf break is 500 mts walk away as is the Boardwalk that takes you to the Breakwater to your right and the Hopkins River Mouth to your left. Also 5mins walk away is Fletcher Jones gardens and a Fish and Chip shop.

At the end of the Great Ocean Road, Fenton Cottage is conveniently located in the Warrnambool CBD. A short 15 minute walk to the beach, and Lake Pertobe, and an even shorter 2 minute walk to the Lighthouse Theatre, Liebig Street and the CBD. Located on the site of the hosts’ residences and freshly renovated for short and long term guests, designed for ultimate convenience.

Brigadoon has a renovated with fully equipped Kitchen, 3 bedrooms all with polished boards. Outside has an enclosed backyard, large deck to soak up the sun along with a WeberQ if a BBQ is on the menu.

Ocean Sands Beach Front House

Ocean Sands is a beachfront house steps away from family friendly Pea Soup Beach and a short walk to South Beach, parks and town. This two-story home is designed to make the most of its elevated position boasting one of a kind 270-degree panoramic views of the ocean and Port Fairy. The Vicarage (Entire Home)

Enjoy the sole use of my lovely 1869 bluestone home which was once the Vicarage for St Johns. Enjoy this spacious & fully renovated home which is 10-15 mins walk to the Port Fairy main street. Wifi, Linen & basic cooking supplies provided. If your preferred dates are not available, please get in touch as I may be able to be flexible. A yoga/barre studio is available for hosting retreats - on application only (additional hire fees apply).
