Perfect for our needs for a quick weekend stay. Reliable internet and a comfortable living space with a yard to walk our dog.

we couldn't have found a better place to stay. we were there for a long weekend, and specifically for a Buffalo Bandits game at Key Bank Stadium. We found many places withing walking distance to have breakfast, we skip lunch, but endless places for dinner with whatever vibe you're looking for. We were renting the top floor of a charming older home, which had been very tastefully renovated while keeping up with period details and 100% comfort in mind. We loved it! Kevin was always fast to respond, extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was flexible, we were able to check in early, and very clear instruction with plenty of parking... a plus for city living! The beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture, a bonus for watching a good movie or playing board games. couldn't have been more pleased, we highly recommend this stay and will definitely reach out to stay again if we travel to Buffalo in the future.

Christine was a super kind and responsive host. Very quaint neighborhood near some amazing restaurants and bakeries. Christine’s place was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely book with Christine again!

We had an incredible stay at Filipe's apartment! It is absolutely beautiful, with tasteful decorations and impeccable maintenance. It was spotlessly clean, with great heating that made it cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to the park, zoo, bars, and restaurants. Parking was easy, and the welcome instructions were clear and stress-free. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which made it easy to stay connected, and Filipe's communication throughout my stay was outstanding—he was attentive, helpful, and quick to respond. This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay!

We loved that we each had our own bathroom..we had everything we needed and our space was respected. This was our second stay with Kevin. Would definitely stay again! And highly recommend.

We loved the quiet and safe area a short walk away from Niagara Falls and attractions. Spacious, very clean, bright, modern, kitchen well stocked, beds were amazingly comfortable, and we appreciated the hot water and water pressure in the shower on the cold days. Michael was an amazing host! The place was very cute and well described. For my first time in Niagara Falls, this place was definitely a great choice for my friends and I, very quiet surroundings and super close to walk the trails along the river! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose Michael again! During our stay we experienced no problems, and Michael’s recommendations made eating out and finding coffee easy, as well as the detailed information for the trip from checking in when we arrived, as well as letting us know where other things to do around the area was, to the check out! Only thing is that the hosts response was very slow. But other than that we loved the house.

We had an excellent stay! The house was clean, lovely, great location, felt like home. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. It was easy to get to and easy to access and navigate the home. We would absolutely stay here again. The location was amazing for visiting Canada and Niagara Falls. We were even able to see the beautiful pink moon right from the hot tub in the back yard. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place, everything was great! The view is incredible and the place was clean, spacious and just as described. Our Go To Place to stay in Burlington. Stephanie goes above and beyond in terms of responsiveness. Being so close to the GO TRAIN made commutes to Union Station a breeze. Will definitely be staying again.

We went to buffalo for the wings and the hockey. Perfect location for both and the apartment was home from minute 1
