Our cottage comes fully equipped inside & out and boasts a large gated deck with patio lights, dining area & lounge area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or chill with a glass of wine in the evening. Just a short walk to Elco Beach or take the golf cart to the many amenities & beaches. Our cottage is the perfect family retreat!

Our Historic home is in the lovely Elmwood Village and on Buffalo Olmsted Parkway with art galleries, bars, and restaurants in walking distance. Our rental is for the top-floor of the home with a separate side entrance. Perfect for up to six(we are very strict with the number of people allowed to stay. No Parties and absolutely no smoking including vape pens/e-cigarettes). We live in a separate area but are rarely seen unless needed. You have your entrance and plenty of parking.
