The property is set on 18 acres, partly forested with abundant wildlife. This cottage is not suitable for children .

Abalone Seaside Apartment is in close proximity to many of Warrnambool’s top locations including, Lake Pertobe, Flagstaff Hill featuring a brilliant sound and light show, Warrnambool’s main beach, geothermal pool and skate park, and walking distance to some fabulous restraunts, including, the Lady Bay, Simons and the Pavilion. In the house you will find access to, skateboards, boogy boards, a table tennis table and bbq. The house has three levels, with a deck on the second floor.

The downstairs apartment at The Bank is right in the centre of Koroit. A bright, open modern fully renovated accommodation in period style. It is in walking distance to all the beauties of this heartland of Irish heritage in Western Victoria. A walk from the house can access Tower hill and even the ride/bike trail to Warrnambool and Port Fairy. We love the hinter lands to the North; the volcanic plains and the Grampians (Gariwerd.) We invite you to come join us at 'The Shed on Ziegler'. This studio apartment is tucked at the back of our property. Situated in Allansford, we are a stones throw away from the Great Ocean Road, a short 200 metre walk to the local pub and milk bar, close to the Freckled Duck bakery, a quick drive to the Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory, just down the road is the Warrnambool Speedway and a short 5-10 minute drive to the Warrnambool CBD.

Located in central Warrnambool with a clear view of the ocean. The freshly renovated and private apartment is 800m from the beach and CBD, 400m to the campgrounds, and 1 block to the timor street bowls club. We are 15-20 minutes walking distance from the train station and the hospital. You will have privacy, your own bathroom, kitchenette, and an outdoor area. Parking is free on the nature strip at the front of our house.

The apartments are ideal for families or extended stays. There is 2 bedrooms with Queen bed in main room, 2 x single beds in 2nd bedroom. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & oven. You can cook in the apartment and also on the guest BBQ. There is a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet upstairs. Another powder room with toilet downstairs. All bedding and towels supplied.

The Apartment is available for a maximum of 2 guests only. The Apartment is not suitable for children and infants. People with no reviews will not be accepted. Position, position, position ! Beach, cafes, restaurants and shops all a minutes walk away. Set behind our house in quiet residential street, but so close to all that Apollo Bay has to offer. Totally self contained and private.
