Just another short walk over the lift bridge to the quaint little shops, theatre and restaurants. Beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom pet-friendly home at the end of a quiet, dead-end street. Short walk to lovely sandy beach, shops and restaurants. AC, fast wifi, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel gas stove/dishwasher/microwave, bright main-floor laundry room with washer/dryer, huge backyard with tiered deck, patio set, BBQ and firepit, plus a cozy finished basement and plenty of parking. All the comforts of home - bedding, towels, beach chairs, toys, games, baby stuff etc.

Port Bruce main floor /shared outside areas

Nestled between two other ports, Pt Bruce boasts great perch fishing. Just a 2 minute drive to the pier and beach, or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.

The Sunset Chalet is in a Quiet neighbourhood.

WELCOME to Sunset Chalet. We have had a make over! See and hear the nature at the front and back. You may get a view of the many deer,fox and wild turkeys that frequent this quiet neighbourhood. From the hilltop you get a partial view of water and pier.Hear the fishing boats as they pass to go into Port to unload their catch (the action starts around noon). Port is full of excitement: enjoy the theatre, public library, many coffee shops, restaurants, taverns, and Beaches.
