Mourland is a private apartment set in amongst native bushland on the doorstep of the beautiful Belmont Regional Park. Located just 25 minutes from Wellington CBD, 20 minutes from The Kapiti Coast and 5 minutes from Transmission Gully, with two golf courses nearby and local cafes, pub and supermarket within 10 minutes’ drive. It has a Queen-sized bed, kitchenette, desk and dining table, laundry facilities, carport and treadmill. Guests must be comfortable with cats and dogs (outside).

Seaside Retreat -absolute beach front

Beautiful cottage with sea gently lapping outside. Full kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer. Bathroom with shower. Amazing views over the Pauatahanui Inlet with abundant bird-life just outside your door. Only 25 minutes from Wellington CBD. Close to Paremata Railway station. Parking is 100m from cottage along the beach. Access is either from the beach (but not at high tide) or down steep steps from house above. Dinghy available for your use.

Platinum Lodge, Judgeford near Whitby, Wellington

We have two beautifully furnished Villas set in Judgeford, Porirua, Wellington area close to all local amenities including cafe, restaurant, cinema and dairy. A further 15minute drive to supermarket, shops and more restaurants. The guesthouses are located away from the main house with your own private entrance and extra large car parking. Both Villas have their own ensuite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave and fridge.
