Though the floors are connected, the connecting staircase and door are not used; ensuring you 100% privacy! Self-check in (early 8am onwards! ) and self-check-out OK.

This property also offers a separate serene sit-out area that overlooks water and greenery, perfect for that quiet time to unwind and relax with a cuppa or a glass of wine.

Located in a quiet, leafy suburb with shops nearby this apartment is in a sturdy house built in 1965 with a picnic lawn and view to Rangituhi. It’s a: 15 min walk to the railway station. Kapiti Line 10 min drive to Te Rauparaha Arena, Whitireia Polytechnic and the Police College. 20 - 30 min drive to Wellington. The space can be comfortable with one bed, or a family space with an extra one or two beds. There is a step onto the area and a lip (small wooden barrier) into the shower.

One bedroom self contained unit under our home. Laundry facilities on request. Access to kayaks and life jackets (for 4 people). Tea coffee, milk and home baking supplied. Please note there are 100 steps to the unit from the street. Parking is on the street.

This Retreat is located right on the beach in the lovely Pukerua Bay Village, with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. If you want to take a break from the city rush or just want to relax and enjoy a break, this is the place for you. Go for a walk on the beach or enjoy the rock pools. Grab the kayaks and go for a paddle and get close to the Stingrays playing in the late afternoon sun, only meters away from the rocky beach.
