Lovingly updated oceanfront cottage, located on a fabulous and quiet stretch of beach in Vilano Beach. Just ten minutes north of historic downtown St Augustine . Close enough for a quick drive to see the sights but just far enough away to get some peace and quiet ! Beautiful beach with access right off the back of this dreamy home, enjoy amazing sunrises right off the back deck or even from the master bed ! Welcome to your beautiful, newly renovated spa-like home away from home just 4 houses from the warm sand and refreshing ocean. View the exotic birds at the park across the street & enjoy the playground, tennis & basketball courts. You'll have 1-3 private parking spots (depending on use if downstairs unit (Seabreeze Chalet) on site. Owners are nearby but will respect your privacy. We are leaving a buffer of at least a day between guests and are following Airbnb Enhanced Cleaning Protocol.

Bring the whole family to this amazing 4BR/ 3.5BA beach house just 50 yards from the beach and 5 blocks from Casa Marina. Huge master suite with ocean views. 2 ocean-view balconies. TV's in every bedroom. Big, open, fully-equipped kitchen. Spacious gathering room with oversized couch and a 75" TV. Outdoor shower. Two-car garage with beach chairs, toys, and beach cart. Guest reviews routinely say that the house is even better than pictured/ described. Must be 25 or older to rent.

Easy access to arterial highway JTB (SR 202) and I- 95. Head south from our home and drive the scenic SR A1 A towards historic St. Augustine and Vilano Beach.

Cottage style home with comfortable porches to enjoy sound of ocean waves breaking on the front and back porches. Pool in the back yard (heated by request for $50 per day) cookshed, fenced with lush trees and woods to the east. The inside looks large with high wood ceilings and multiple windows and glass doors to the beautiful pool area. Located on a dead end street in a family neighborhood with 5 star restaurants nearby. Fifteen minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.
