Quite and luminous studio to sleep 2, located on the left side of the river arno, only at 30 yards/meters from Ponte Vecchio! The studio is on the third floor with lift and has a living room with parquet floor and a real double sized bed, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchenette! the double glaze window is overlooking the main street and the bathroom window has mosquito net . it is also provided of air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi connection and tv wall mount for all your conforts.

Two floors of BLUE in the center of Florence

This is a refined double-volume apartment, ideal for a couple, but also for a family with 1-2 children. On the lower floor, there is the kitchen and the living room with a sofa (which can turn into a comfortable double bed), and on the upper floor, the double bed with a bathroom divided into 3 zones, making it unique. The room is characterised by shades of blue, and in respect of its historicity, the original stuccos on the ancient cross-vaulted ceilings have been preserved.

Casa Ferruccio-Painter's house in Ponte Vecchio

This spacious flat will allow you to enjoy your time in Florence thanks to its unique position very close to Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti, in a quite street with lots of good restaurants and coffe bars. It also has an incredible history as it was the house of a Florentine painter Mr.Ferruccio Ciampi who lived in this Medival tower blown up with the whole street during the Second World War.
