Vicino a ponte Rialto, arredato con mobili di famiglia ma letti nuovi e cucina funzionale e con lavanderia attrezzata. Si trova al secondo piano con 2 rampe di scale da 19 gradini ciascuna e 2-3 gradini a scendere. Ideale per giovani coppie o amici, ma anche famiglie con ragazzi grandi. Supermarket molto vicino. Riscaldamento autonomo e condizionatore solo nella stanza centrale e non nelle camere. Verranno chiesti i dati del documento di identità. La tassa di 4€/persona /notte verrà richiesta.

Appartamento di lusso nel cuore di Venezia, solo 8 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e 5 minuti da Rialto. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma poco ripidi. The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy.
