The freestanding natural gas fireplace will keep you cozy in the cooler months. WiFi, AC and TV are in the unit as well.

Chapel by the Pier

An artist studio conversion replete with stained-glass windows from a local church, Chapel by the Pier, as its name suggests, is down the street from Third Street Pier, a South Sandpoint swimming hole and kayak launch. It's also within walking distance to downtown Sandpoint, making it ideal for strolling (or riding one of the two provided bicycles) to restaurants, bars and boutiques. You won't find another spot as central or with as much character. Plus, furnishings and appliances are new!

The apartment is stand-alone meaning no issues with loud neighbors above or below you. We live next door in the main house, so should an issue or need arise, we got your back.

The little Gem will fit 2 adults and a child comfortably. There is a futon for additional sleeping.
