Bright, clean, quiet, comfy, cute, private home in the perfect South Sandpoint location. Less than a block to; 2 parks, public water access and Memorial Field, the home of The Festival at Sandpoint. Bikes, kayaks included. A short stroll or bike ride to all the downtown restaurants and shops. Full grocery store a few blocks away as well as 2 convenient stores. Front and back covered decks, private secluded back sitting/BBQ area. Covered off-street parking. The most desirable area of Sandpoint.

Sunlight streams through many windows in this clean, comfortable, 4/5 bedroom plus private loft 3 bath home that is perfect for family vacations. The main house has 3 bedrooms with a 4th "bedroom" (loft space separated by a privacy curtain.) A 5th Bedroom and full bathroom above the detached garage that is available for an additional cost of $125.00 per night.
