Cozy and luxurious two-room apartment (35.5m2) with a balcony, right by the Emajõgi River, less than 2km from the Tartu town hall square (walking 20-25min). Good location, a view of Emajõgi, the beach right across the street and a light traffic road. Built-in wardrobes, washer- dryer, a hair dryer and a hair straightener. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious food - refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, blender, kitchen utensils, etc. Free Wi-Fi and private parking space.

A cozy apartment located in the heart of Tartu, close to the Emajõgi River and the botanical garden. The apartment has a large balcony and rooms full of light. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The living room has a fold-out sofa. The bedroom with a French balcony has a 160 cm wide bed. The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

This spacious apartment is located right by river Emajõgi and gives you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the parks and nature nearby. City centre with many cafés and restaurants is 10 min walking distance by the river, 5 min to the supermarket, 3 min to the beach. Recommend it for families - there's a playground right behind the house. There are 2 bedrooms that accommodate 4 and a couch.

Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub and the sauna) is for you to use and included in the price. Some more news: SUP boards will arrive in mid-April which you can use on the river or on the pond. Canoeing trips are organised together with the local canoe trip organiser - please let us know if you'd like us to share their contact (price: €25 per person).

We would be excited to host you and offer you support you need for a memorable stay in Tartu. Our apartment is located near the city center and everything needed is in 10 minute walking distance. Hot spots like Theatre Vanemuine, vSPA, bus station, Waterpark Aura and AHHAA Science Centre are reachable in 10 minutes. We also provide you with a free parking spot.

Kitsemaja elamusmajutus

Our place is very unique because of our beautiful surroundings and lot of cool animals like ducks, rabbits, lamas, horse, ponies, donkey, chickens ( who walk free on the property). House is newly renovated, possible to grill and chill, go for a swim, prize includes electric sauna in the house . Also small fireplace to feel more cozy in winter time.

The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

You can have just a sauna evening or stay overnight. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sleeping places for two, sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V electricity for lights and phone loading.
