Cosy and spacious city apartment with balcony

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

Zentrale Wohnung in Wien Nähe Neubaugasse

Genieße einfachen Zugang zu allem von dieser perfekt gelegenen Unterkunft aus. Im Herzen Wiens, genau gesagt im 8. Bezirk Josefstadt. Gute Öffis Anbindung (wenige Minuten Gehzeit), zu Fuß zur Mariahilfer Straße in nur 15min. Auch der Rathausplatz welcher für seinen wunderschönen Weihnachtsmarkt bekannt ist, ist von der Wohnung aus in nur 10min Gehzeit erreichbar. In der Nähe von der Wohnung befindet sich die Parkgarage Lerchenfelder Straße, diese ist zu Fuß 5min entfernt.

Genieße die Ruhe in meiner kleinen, gemütlichen Wohnung im schönen 18. Wiener Gemeindebezirk. Mit Blick in den Innenhof hört man keinen Verkehr. Direkt vor der Haustüre fährt die Straßenbahnlinie 42 die in 16min in die Innenstadt fährt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich alle wichtigen Supermärkte, ein lokaler Bauernmarkt und eine Bäckerei. Der Fernseher ist mit einem aktiven Amazon Prime Account verknüpft. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock OHNE Aufzug

Very Central flat! on Mariahilfer Straße & U-bahn

A modern and fully equipped apartment in the very center of the city, on the lively pedestrian & shopping street of Mariahilfer Straße, with its many shops, Cafes, and restaurants. The apartment has a living-room & bedroom, 40sqm, and is within short walking distance to all attractions and is meters away from the metro line U3 and public transport. Check-in time 15:00-20:00 (3-8pm), late check-in possible if I know it well in advance.
