Très bien situé, idéal pour balades à pieds et à vélos (piste cyclable au pied), proche du bourg de Saint-Trojan et du centre de thalassothérapie. Il est composé d'une cuisine tout équipée, d'un lave-linge, une télévision, wifi... Il possède une chambre avec un lit (140) et un canapé convertible (140) dans le séjour. Salle de bain et WC séparés. Grande terrasse de 14m² avec table et chaises longues.

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.
