Newport and the beach are oh so close! Come relax in this sun splashed, newly renovated cottage. We left the charm and updated the rest by adding bright kitchen cabinets, newly refinished floors and all new furnishings. This cottage is sure to delight! Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar for 4 is ideal for indoor dining, or you can head out to the private backyard patio for dining alfresco. Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.
