Quiet wilderness guest home

Only the number of REGISTERED GUESTS may visit or stay in the home. Eight miles from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, half an hour from Amish country, and a 60-minute drive from Pittsburgh, our home offers a peaceful retreat. PLEASE NOTE: the house is accessed via a rough country driveway. We drive all kinds of vehicles up the hill, but we do not advise bringing your Lamborghini To be clear, this home is regularly used for our family fellowship and is not appropriate for parties.

There is a boat ramp a mile down the road. Community Park, shopping and restaurants within walking distance of home.

This home is an upstairs and downstairs beautiful duplex with lots of character. 956 home is the lower level downstairs duplex, everything is all on one floor, it is a 4 bedroom, 2 new baths with lots of new renovations.

White's Woods Retreat King Bed, Quiet,Close to IUP

Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Make yourself Keurig coffee and watch Netflix! I am available to answer your questions and ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

Guest House

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

If you’re looking for some adventure, we’ve got over 3 miles of private trails for you to explore. And with more than 600 acres to roam, it’s pretty easy to wear yourselves out.
