Aboyne Cottage—Peaceful Oasis in Quiet Cul-De-Sac

Pluck lemons from the tree and pick herbs from the planters for use in a tasty dish to enjoy in the cool and shaded courtyard. The bright and airy cottage interior has high vaulted ceilings, together with a selection of books and magazines to read to enjoy in the bed made up with 400TC luxury linen. Battery backed up Wi-Fi and additional lights for surviving load shedding. No smoking allowed on property. Guests have own cottage with a private, shady courtyard. Herbs in planters in courtyard and dart board are available for guests to use as well as lemons on own lemon tree. We're an international family consisting of a South African, a New Zealander and a Norwegian. One of us will always be available on our phones and we're happy to chat and share a G&T on our porch if our guests are up for it! This guesthouse is in a quiet neighbourhood, about 15 minutes by car from town and near to vibrant Harfield. Closer still, the village offers a farm stall, butchery, and supermarket within a short walk, plus coffee shops and lots of restaurants. We always recommend uber for short term stays in Cape Town but there is an off-street sheltered parking available if needs be. 10 minute walk to Kenilworth train station and 2 minute walk from Main Road with frequent taxi buses in both directions. Servicing of cottage and laundry can be done on request. Continental breakfast can be provided on request.

This luxurious room with kitchenette and bathroom provides an intimate, safe and restful retreat for 2 people. Your flat has its own entrance which is separate and private from the main house. Our guests are encouraged to take a walk through the gardens and explore the extensive flora! As your hosts we we will help make your stay as peaceful and accommodating as possible. Let us know any specific requests including extras you may need for your stay. The house is located in Cape Town's prestigious Bishopscourt neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, the V&A waterfront, and beaches just a short drive away. Visit Constantia Valley’s award-winning vineyards, like Eagles' Nest or Beau Constantia. An available Uber is never more than 5 mins away, but if you have rented a car you can park it in our secluded road or within the property.

Separate entrance, own verandah, kitchenette with laundry facilities, bathroom with shower and wifi access. Use of shared pool and secure off-street parking. Near the vineyards of Constantia and the quaint suburbs of Kalk Bay and Chelsea village. Within easy driving distance to the vibrant City Centre, beautiful beaches and imposing mountains which make Cape Town famous.

Kingsbury Hospital 2,6km and Kenilworth Race Course is a 5 min walk we are only a 12 minutes drive from the V&A Waterfront and CBD city bowl.

Welcome to 17 on Severn-A comfortable and quiet space for you to relax in and have a very good nights sleep. We are close to Constantiaberg Medi Clinic and Melomed Clinic. As well as the US Embassy. Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. Easy access to both the M5 and M3 for commuting to the CBD and out to the beautiful wineland. We hope you enjoy your stay in our quiet neighborhood.

Bright, sunny , large double bedroom with sitting area and en suite bathroom & shower. ( No bath) TV has Netflix & you tube. Separate kitchen with dining table, fridge/ freezer, microwave, induction hot plate, kettle, air fryer and toaster . (No oven) one plate gas stove. Close to shopping centre's and restaurants.

Cosy garden cottage 'Frogs Leap'

A private quiet self catering cottage in leafy garden with a flower-filled patio and covered parking. Laundry and barbecue facilities. Refrigerator, microwave, thermofan oven, induction hotplate, kettle, toaster, electric frying pan. Dish cloths, crockery and kitchen utensils. Internet and satellite TV included. Aircon and heating. Bathroom has hair dryer and shaver socket. Easy access to Cape Town and walking distance to coffee shop/restaurants, hairdresser and beauty salon.

Riverside

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.

Separate entrance into private garden apartment. Spacious double bedroom with two single beds OR a King size by request, Full DSTV package and WIFI. En suite toilet/shower & basin. There is a fridge, microwave, stove and kettle in the lounge/kitchen area. Beautiful pool for guests enjoyment. Secure parking for average size vehicle behind automated gate.Unfortunately no pets allowed as I have two dogs.

The cottage has all you need, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and a patio that opens up onto the garden and pool which you are welcome to use. This is a perfect space if you are on business or on holiday. We are close to shopping centre's, the vineyards and greenbelt. This cottage is not suitable for children or toddlers.
