Our hidden gem is perfect for those of you looking to enjoy time on your own, with friends, or family. While away the day rocking in the gentle breeze on the covered front porch swings or rocking chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on our large, private back yard patio surrounded by majestic pines. High speed wifi/smart t.v. for your convenience. Parking in driveway, though the garage is not accessible to guests. Special Note: Outdoor quiet hours from 10:00pm - 7:00am.

Relax in this spacious retreat surrounded by whispering pines just steps from the river’s edge. This newly renovated home offers plenty of space to accommodate a larger family or families. The home offers multiple sleeping areas including a very spacious bunk room, complete with game/poker table, above the connected garage. A perfect spot for kids to be kids without disturbing other guests. The home has a spacious rear deck that offers views of the green space that backs to this property.

Feather Cottage - Getaway on the River

A private (shared) drive leads to a modest cottage on the middle fork of the Feather River. The neighbors are in close proximity, live here year round, and are quiet. Please be respectful. The cottage is comfortable, as is the 600 square deck. Make yourself your perfect morning drink, and some waffles while you’re at it. Kick back and enjoy all the Sierra Valley has to offer. Every few days, a train horn will sound in the night so be aware. The trains come and go at a sleepy pace. Enjoy!

Hot tub, infrared sauna & cold plunge. 2 paddle boards & pump. Short ride to Mount Hough & many other hiking & biking trails & trail map. Ping pong, cornhole, horseshoes, board games. Massage table can be set up in office as well. Starlink internet. Extra accommodations available for large party’s (glamping & airstream trailer)

Located minutes from downtown graeagle. Come outside and watch the scenic golf course views of the 16th Green. Lots of hiking, biking, kayaking in the summer months. Miles and miles to snowmobile, cross country ski or snow shoe in the winter months. Plumas Pines is just a couple miles from Graeagle for great shopping, wine tasting, coffee, ice cream and top notch restaurants! There is something for everyone here. Come for the golf, come for the recreation...just come stay at this home!
