Here, you don’t have to choose between focus and restoration. Begin your morning sipping coffee at the picture window while watching deer move through the trees. Then open your laptop and move through your work with the same calm clarity. High-speed internet keeps you steady. The forest keeps you grounded.

In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

Upstairs Family Farm Bunkhouse with a View

Great place to stay any time of the year. Nestled in the northeastern corner of the Sierra Valley sits a cute and cozy loft above our barn shaped shop. Come enjoy all the area has to offer. Our property sits just 15 minutes from Frenchman Lake, 25 minutes from Graeagle, and 30 minutes from Reno. Off- roading and horseback riding trails are just a few minutes away with access to hundreds of miles of trails. Horse Boarding- $40 per day (must provide hay) Trailer parking- $15 per day/trailer

Cabin in the Woods.

Lovely vacation home on the North Fork of the Feather River in a delightful forest setting. Spend your days relaxing on the large deck with amazing views of the Feather River and surrounding mountains. Enjoy access to the Lakes Basin Recreation area offering hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming and fishing. This area is know for hundreds of miles of trails and over 30 lakes within a 15 mile air radius. The Graeagle/Clio area is perfect for golfers offering six courses to choose from.

The Top Story

The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

Ready to truly “get away”? Whether you’re looking to relax on the porch or by the fireplace in this charming, newly remodeled home in the forest OR explore the Sierras with a hike, paddle boarding or snowshoeing…this home has something to offer everyone who needs to unwind and recharge. Enjoy being just a 5 minute walk to shops, Graeagle Market, and the Mill Pond! Tennis courts are right across the street. This home offers WiFi and a pet friendly setting for your furry family members.

Modern Private Cabin on Spanish Creek w/ AC

The Little Lodge on Spanish Creek is a modern, Scandinavian-style double A-frame cabin with water access, outdoor wild spaces, and lots of privacy. This cozy cabin has two bedrooms and a full bath complete with steam shower, a fully stocked kitchen with all the modern amenities, and a wood burning stove & AC. With two decks in the trees and an enclosed outdoor dining space, there is room to spread out and enjoy nature. WIFI is included, and it's a short 10 minute drive into Quincy.

Peaceful Country Getaway ~ Near Lake Almanor

Relax with family or friends at this peaceful 2 acres in the valley of Greenville. This 3bd/3 full bath home is great for group getaways, a couples getaway, working local & for local events. Our massive deck is great for morning coffee or nights under the stars, family dinners, fire pit for a night of s'mores or nice glass of wine. This country home is located near Mt.Lassen National Park, Lake Almanor and more.... Boating, fishing hiking, hunting, golfing, and your next adventure!

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

You will have access to our hot spring and swimming reservoir (the hot spring requires 4-wheel-drive in inclement weather.) The ranch is a great place for hiking, star gazing, relaxing at the water's edge or enjoying the country life. The perfect place to stay and unwind, or regroup for your next adventure.
