This house is spacious and great for a family of six. We were really impressed with the nice and clean kitchen. There are plenty of supplies on the kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas. There is a nice backyard with a grill and a deck, where you can sit to enjoy a quiet afternoon. It also has a garage and we were able to park our vehicle inside ( which was great because there was a snowstorm during our stay) The location is good, in a nice neighborhood, and at short distance from supermarkets and restaurants (our family highly recommends the Thai place, the food flavors are amazing!). We highly recommend this place for a cozy and wonderful stay!

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat. I'd definitely love to come back! I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful getaway. The surroundings were incredibly serene-perfect for unwinding and escaping the hustle of daily life. The space itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything I needed including being pet friendly. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always quick to respond and genuinely caring about making my stay as comfortable as possible. You can tell he put a lot of heart into creating a warm and welcoming environment. Thank you Stephen!

Marianne is a gracious host. We felt like family. Her communication was amazing and never felt like a bother when we had to ask questions. She embraced our 4 crazy kiddos and we had a great time!! Would definitely come back.

The Old Orchard House is a great place to stay. You couldn't get a better patio and yard - fenced - to enjoy your time in. The place is always neat and clean and has all the amenities you need. And we love the area. Julia and Jon are great hosts - very responsive and flexible and reacting to whatever we need.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! Such an amazing place and amazing view! Dana was the best host anyone could ask for. Such an amazing soul. I can’t even begin to explain how amazing the stay was and how amazing she was as a host. Highly recommend. I just cant explain how it perfect this was and how amazing Dana is.

We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was spotless—easily one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. It had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy touches that made it feel just like home. The thoughtful details and welcoming atmosphere really set this place apart. Jodi and Dennis were amazing hosts. The setting of the cabin couldn’t have been more breathtaking. Both Dennis and Jodi were very helpful with anything we needed. I would strongly recommend their cabin as a quiet getaway with amazing views to anyone!!

Very quiet in a small little camp ground right on the river. Ideal for the locations we wanted to visit right in middle. Would go again

Our family had great weekend here, the cabin was just as described and check in/check out was a breeze. We loved the friendly chickens and cats as well as the amazing views. A shade over the large window in the sleeping area would have made it a bit nicer for sleeping but overall everything was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

We initially had a little trouble finding the cabin: the Google map attached took us up the neighbor's driveway. But after fumbling around a little we found it and moved in. (We stayed a week). Everything was as advertised: the kitchen facilities were fine (hot plate, microwave, refrigerator;no stove). The shower worked well, bed was comfortable, good chairs and tables. The single large room was set up well, and didn't feel cramped. No closet or other storage. We enjoyed being in it, and especially enjoyed sitting out in the rocking chairs on the porch. The WIFI was good. Lighting could have been better. Even with numerous lamps spread around, it was still a little dim for reading. The location for us was fabulous- every morning we walked up the dirt road 5 minutes to the Boggy Draw trailhead and walked a different trail before breakfast. We drove out to Hovenweep, to Mesa Verde, and one day made a long loop over Lizard Head Pass. Overall: High quality rustic cabin in the woods.
