Welcome to our new Rosarito beach house! We have spent months renovating our home, inside and out, and are excited to share it with you! Our home is located on the north end of Rosarito, in the private, gated community of Baja del Mar. It's situated directly on the beach, with private beach access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and Coronado islands. This home affords the perfect opportunity to both relax and unwind, while also playing in the sand and surf. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Breathtaking views! Pool and hot tub overlooking Pacific Ocean. World class surfing right out front! Walk right out of unit with no need to hassle with elevators Maximum of 2 adults over 18 (may have 4 total guests if kids) Not a party atmosphere with mostly owners at complex. Gated complex that is very safe and secure! 20 minutes to amazing oceanfront golf course baja mar! Note that check in for any units in this complex at club marena must be before 5pm or guards will not let you in.

The oceanfront balcony with full 180 views from the 12th floor includes a Bluetooth speaker, lounge sofa, BBQ grill and a bar for the perfect happy hour sunset. Portable ice chest, chairs & towels for beach goers are included. Just relax!!

Please NO KIDS under 14 due to security with pool table & sauna You will be inside a private, gated, complete BEACH FRONT with 24 /7 security & plenty of parking You are walking distance to everything downtown, including the Rosarito Beach Hotel, restaurants, coffee shops (my favorite Coffee at the PIER) and Papas&Beer. This is an OLD MOBILE HOME, with old maintenance problems but everything working and 100% clean

Spacious and cozy house in Puntazul Residencial. 4 bedrooms (1 masterbedroom is located on the ground floor with a full private bathroom). With access to the clubhouse with heated pool, gym, jacuzzy etc. LOCATED ON THE MAIN AVENUE. With municipal police surveillance and private security 24 hours. Surveillance cameras throughout the development. its a very safe area.
