It's significantly quieter in this area of town so you will be close to all the action and still get a great night of sleep afterwards. The house is equipped with all the amenities you need to have a comfortable and restorative stay; hot water, full water pressure, AC, etc. The Stone Elephant has 3 water reserve tanks. San Juan Del Sur shuts off the water often (without any notice) so your stay isn't affected by this.

Our community has a spectacular 1.75 mile beach that has 2 surf breaks: world renown "Colorado", right in front of our condo and "Panga Drops" which is a 15 minute walk down the beach. A 45 second walk from our patio takes you to the Beach Club which has a bar, pool and restaurant and is right in front of the Colorado break for great views of the surfing.
