Stunning Historic Villa, Private Pool & 280° Views

Plunge into the private refreshing pool and marvel at the panoramic views across the bay. This villa reflects old-world Mexican sophistication featuring exposed wooden beams, hand-painted tiles, and colonial antiques alongside contemporary amenities. Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

It has 20' vaulted ceilings on the main level, 9 terraces, a full kitchen, handicapped accessible with an elevator. We provide a private chef, shopping service for guests, and cleaning staff. It is handicapped accessible and the elevator provides easy access to all but one of the floors of the house.

The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

Vistas Hermosas al rio y a los atardeceres . cuenta con una sala muy amplia ademas 2 pequeñas camitas para tener un descanso pequeño o tambien dormir alli .. Es apta para solo 3 personas .. ya sea una Pareja y un adolescente o tres amigos .. El espacio No se comparte con nadie solo los que la rentan .

🌴 Casa Ke’aku es tu refugio de verano en la Zona Romántica, a pasos de la playa y la vida nocturna. Del 9 de junio al 15 de agosto 2025 disfruta un 40% de descuento por mantenimiento en el rooftop. Pero el gimnasio con A/C y el Sport Bar con hamacas y áreas verdes están disponibles. Sabemos que no es la experiencia completa… pero la playa y los atardeceres siguen ahí, esperándote. 🌅

The house is located in Boca de Tomatlán (10miles south of Puerto Vallarta) a nice little traditional fishing village settled by a river mouth. The house overlooks the ocean with spectacular views of the river mouth and surrounding mountains. Casa con capacidad para 4 personas. Es ideal para personas que deseen descansar y alejarse del ruido de la ciudad. Se encuentra a 5 minutos del pueblo y cerca de la playa. Los dormitorios son amplios y tiene vista al mar. La vista la puedes disfrutar mientras cocinas, comes, desde la hamaca e incluso desde tu habitación. Será un placer recibirte.
