Antigua casa de pescadores, con encanto, totalmente reformada, situada "frente al mar", a 20 metros de la arena de la playa. Consta de una sola planta baja con terraza; tiene una amplia cocina bien equipada, una habitación con cama de 150 cm, con baño particular, y otra con dos camas de 90 cm; un segundo baño, sofá-cama, mesa de trabajo y comedor funcional con mesa y armario. Además lavadora-secadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, cafetera y sandwichera. Es posible contratar aparte parking.

Somos Alberto y Patricia y nos gustaría que compartierais con nosotros la experiencia de vivir en Pedregalejo, alojándoos en este apartamento que hemos reformado con mucho cariño junto a nuestra casa. Vivimos en una bonita zona de Málaga, donde se mezclan casas señoriales del siglo pasado con uno de los barrios de pescadores más tradicionales de Málaga. A un paso de la playa, del paseo marítimo y de los mejores atardeceres de Málaga; pero, también, a 10 minutos en bus del centro de la ciudad.

It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Het prachtige en sfeervolle huis heeft twee verdiepingen en een ruime tuin. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een toilet, keuken en woonkamer. Op de eerste verdieping zijn twee slaapkamers en de badkamer. Eén slaapkamer heeft een ruim balkon. Benodigdheden voor kinderen zijn ook aanwezig in het huis.

BRAND NEW! We just finished a stylish renovation of this unit in August 2022. Absolutely world-class interior and a big balcony literally on top of the gorge. Meters away from the bridge. Be the envy of all the tursist while you enjoy a coffee/glass of wine feeling the breeze of this ancient romantic landscape. Outdoor shower, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, full kitchen. There's literally nothing like this in Ronda. And the best of all? Everything is brand new. What are you waiting for?
