The apartment has unlimited Wi-Fi and mobile air conditioning. The center is a 2-minute walk away, with restaurants, a shopping center and entertainment venues. Die sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung ist in der 8. Etage und hat vom Schlafzimmer und der Terrasse einen fantastischen Blick auf den Strand und den Fischerhafen. Geniesst den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terasse oder am Strand der direkt vor der Haustür liegt. Hier findest du alles was du für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigst: Küche mit Backofen und Ceranfeld, Waschmaschine, TV, WIFI. Viel Stauraum für längere Aufenthalte. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden oder einfach zu relaxen.

Leave sliding doors open and let gentle breezes circulate through a chic, cozy space. Grab a towel and sunbathe by a sky-blue swimming pool or at one of the nearby white sand or natural beaches. Expect a comfortable bed in an air conditioned bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and amenities like a washing machine, satellite televisions, beach towels and internet.

The Sunrise Home. Terrace, sea views and barbecue

Beautiful three-storey semi-detached house with a large terrace and wonderful sea views, located between the beaches of Anfi del Mar, Patalavaca, Costa Alegre and Arguineguín. On the main floor we find the living room with Smart TV and WIFI, full kitchen, toilet and terrace with new barbecue, outdoor table and two sunbeds. On the first floor is the master bedroom with air conditioning, double bed and bathroom with shower. On the second floor is a big second bedroom with two single beds.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

This exclusive and bright apartment was newly renovated with high quality materials. It is located in Los Canarios Complex in Patalavaca, offering a big pool and spectacular views of Anfi del Mar and the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen and living room area, one double bedroom, one single mezzanine loft bed and a modern bathroom. The property has a nice patio at the entrance and a great balcony with fantastic views of the ocean.

Cosy rustic Spanish house with 300mb fiber WiFi.

This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The house is approved as a rental house by the Spanish authorities, and has a VV license, and also for new rules from 01.07.25 It ia security for you as a renter.

GRAN CANARIA 🏝️"StrawberryBeach forever" apartamento de 120m cuadrados, situado en el acantilado, en una zona segura y tranquila! Por la noche se puede observar las luces de la ciudad. Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.
