Beachfront 3 bdrm in Playa Hermosa!

Located right on the beach (30 ft), this three bedroom apartment is brand new, with a large pool and outdoor terrace. The apartment is very spacious (2600 sq/ft) with lots of natural light, a large kitchen and a breathtaking ocean view. One of the only beachfront properties in the area, steps from the ocean, really one of a kind! The apartment is a few minutes drive to restaurants and shops and other nearby beaches as well as a short boat ride to the Papagayo Peninsula.

Beautiful house, contemporary design with a spectacular view of the sea and the mountains, hot water, private infinity pool. Large property surrounded by a perimeter wall and electric gate. You can walk to the beach, it is only 450 meters. Ideal to rest, located in a very quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes walking from the center of Playas del Coco. Liberia International Airport is 24 km away, with direct flights from the US and Canada.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 8 minutes walk to a long sandy beach with 4 restaurants in the sand. Wake up to the howler monkeys and the birds, and enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony just steps from the pool. Our gated complex has security on site (including cameras aimed only at exterior common areas) , and free parking. We are only 25 minutes from Liberia Airport on paved roads.
