Coco Nosara Villas Guiones Family Resort (Rubi)

Casa Rubí - Coco Nosara (named after my Mom) is a brand new family vacation ‘House Boutique Resort/Hotel’ in North Guiones/ 10-15 min walk (20-30 second walk on the main road) to Guiones Surf Beach & Amenities. Fully gated on lush grounds sprawled on 2/3 of an acre are five large 2-3 bdrm villas (5-6 person capacity each) surrounding a large 1000 sq/ft pool & studio + parking. 60+ families vacationed with us in 6 months from launch and Super Host Status was reached - thanks to our guest reviews!

Chic surf and yoga villa 2 minute walk to beach

After years of being an Airbnb guest in Nosara we found the perfect spot. Our house is located as close as you can get to beach while also being close to restaurants (but not too close where you get tourist congestion and noise). Everything in this house revolves around the oversized pool. You will be plunging in and out all day and have dinner beside its shimmering lights. The house is modern, clean and safe (gated and monitored by security). Everything you need for the perfect, easy stay!

Villas Costa Bella Studio #1 ~ Close to the Beach

In a very sought after location in Playa Guiones, Villas Costa Bella is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and an easy stroll to a variety of restaurants. This Studio comes with king-bed, private bathroom and patio. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee-maker, blender, toaster, hotplate and air fryer, perfect for preparation of a light meal and snacks. There is a shared BBQ in the Rancho. The private patio has 2 chairs and small table that faces the pool area and rancho.

This Villa is part of Nalu Nosara, a family owned boutique space, which was recently completed. It consists of 5 luxury villas, each with their own saltwater pool, private parking, playground/ninja course, full time guard, and a studio on site that offers public classes like Yoga, Martial Arts, HIIT, TRX, etc. and guests enjoy 50% off the Studio classes so just $10 per class. We are right in the heart of Guiones! 5 minute walk to surf, restaurants, and shops.
