It consists of 5 luxury villas, each with their own saltwater pool, private parking, playground/ninja course, full time guard, and a studio on site that offers public classes like Yoga, Martial Arts, HIIT, TRX, etc. and guests enjoy 50% off the Studio classes so just $10 per class. We are right in the heart of Guiones! 5 minute walk to surf, restaurants, and shops, but tucked away on a quiet street.

It is just a four-minute walk to Playa Guiones and a short stroll to all the amenities: restaurants, markets, doctors, and shopping. My surf resort has been in this spot for 25 years, and now you can stay in the fully equipped personal residence. "La Olita"...the perfect little studio to chill.

"La Olita" A beautiful, new studio apartment located on the lower level of the "La Ola Alta" residence. A perfect spot to chill out and enjoy everything Playa Guiones has to offer. Walk to everything! Several trails at the front of property will lead you to Beach, shops, cafes, mini marts,yoga studios, and more. A gorgeous salt water pool and beautiful tropical garden are steps away from your private entrance. another identical studio is available for total of 4 guest if needed. Enjoy!

Villas Costa Bella Studio #1 ~ Close to the Beach

In a very sought after location in Playa Guiones, Villas Costa Bella is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and an easy stroll to a variety of restaurants. This Studio comes with king-bed, private bathroom and patio. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee-maker, blender, toaster, hotplate and air fryer, perfect for preparation of a light meal and snacks. There is a shared BBQ in the Rancho. The private patio has 2 chairs and small table that faces the pool area and rancho.
