cute cozy comfy downtown condo (longterm also)

-1 bed apartment ( queen bed ), fully equipped kitchenette with cooktop ( no oven ) -bath with shower - balcony - lovely pool /lounging area -second floor nice breezes -security building -main street walking distance to all bars , restaurants , clubs, banks shopping and groceries - across the street from Cabarete beach - maid service once a week ( includes sheets and towels ) guest responsible for cleaning during the week . - no smoking inside - 24 hour hot water, power, cable, WIFI

Fully furnished apartment is located in a luxury residence on the first line in the center of Sosua.Has a private beach.There is on the 3rd floor and has garden view.The condo has 24-hour security and 24-hour electricity.There are private beach, 2 swimming pools, children pools, jacuzzi, BBQ, restaurant on the territory of the condo. Equipied beach with sunbeds, shower, toilet (everything free of charge). There is an individual high-speed wi-fi in the apartment, additional charge is electricity

CASA MILO 200 meters from the beach

Cute and cozy little private guesthouse inside a main property where you find the main house and another guesthouse, in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower. Pool has to be shared with the main house and the other guesthouse. Wifi is provided through an extender so it is not always reliable. AC is an extra cost of 7 us$ per night. NO TV. There is a dog on the property, her name is Ella. No Smoking

Penthouse oceanfront studio is located on third highest floor in one of the best spots to stay in Cabarete especially for kiting. Direct from the balcony you can see big pool and enjoy ocean view. Family-friendly activities, nightlife, and exclusive Italian restaurant on site. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, spacious common areas and ocean views. My place is ideal for kitesurfers, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Fast internet .

Rare gem directly on world famous kitebeach. Usually fully booked. Only 20 minutes from the airport. Very private balconey with spectacular ocean view to enjoy your hot morning coffee. Restaurant on site and several others within a minute walk directly on kitebeach, all amazing! Several kiteschools to choose from. Wifi has been updated to fiberoptic and well suited for working in paradise!
