Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

High above the pristine Playa Encanto, this condo packs a lot of contemporary styling into a one bedroom unit. The living room opens onto the 16th floor patio via double sliding doors, bringing in the wide open views and sounds of the ocean. From this vantage point, you can catch glimpses of the mountains along the Sonoran Coast and Bird Island. Encantame Towers is on Encanto Beach just beyond the tourist center of Rocky Point, Mexico. The Resort has many amenities for an invigorating stay.

Modern upscale 1Br Condominium. Our Velero 1503 is located on the 15th floor of the Velero tower at Encantame Towers in the Playa Encanto area of Puerto Penasco, Mexico a brand-new beachfront resort. Multiple swimming pools jacuzzis, lazy rivers, waterslides, a swim-up Aqua Bar, as well as a gym and fitness studio. The roof-top, infinity edge pool on the 24th floor provides sweeping and mesmerizing views of the Sea of Cortez and the pristine beach of Playa Encanto.

Newly renovated 3 bed home directly on the beach.

Come and enjoy an amazing beach home in the best possible spot in Rocky Point, Mexico. Kayaks, chairs, a firepit, and an amazing palapa are waiting for you to make incredible memories. Linens, fast wifi, central air/heat, a garage and laundry room are all included. Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. A local maintenance person is on call.
