Con una temperatura media de 23 grados, en Gran Canaria vivimos en una eterna primavera. Mi apartamento ‘VIDA’ está a solo 150 metros de la Playa del Cura, a 10 minutos de la Playa de Tauro y a 15 de la Playa de Amadores. La ubicación, la tranquilidad y la facilidad de los accesos es lo que caracteriza a ‘VIDA’. Parada de taxi, autobús, supermercado, tiendas y restaurantes de diferentes temáticas están a tan solo 3 minutos de ‘VIDA’. Por qué ‘VIDA’? Porque sólo hay una y la tenemos que vivir!

Located in a peaceful and beautiful complex in the best part of Gran Canaria with warmest and sunniest climate. Three beaches can be reached on foot; Playa del Cura beach, Tauro golden beach, and Amadores ( 600 mt); few km by car from Anfi and Puerto de Mogan The apartment is 80 m2 on two floors. On the first floor livingroom and kitchen; on the second floor, there is a bathroom and two double bedrooms. Both floors have balcony with beautiful view Perfect for couples and families up to 4 people

Casa Azul - Willkommen im Hühnerhaus

Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

Si trova al centro di Playa del Cura, . A 2 minuti dal supermercato, dalla taxi e fermata del bus Sotto casa 5 minuti dalla spiaggia. In auto 5 minuti dal golf club, da Puerto Rico e da Amadores. Si può godere con serenità la vita locale e nel residence c’è la piscina per gli ospiti. Dal terrazzo hai una splendida vista sul mare dove rilassarsi e godersi le luci del tramonto. Fiber optic Wi-Fi per chi vuole lavorare da casa. Casa Princesa è stata completamente ristrutturato
