Lejligheden er renoveret juli/august 2022. Lejligheden er en del af det private og rolige Demelza Beach kompleks med hele 3 swimmingpools og børnepools. I nærheden indenfor gåafstand findes 3 strande, Playa del Cura, Tauro og Amadores, øens bedste Golfbane samt et center med et stort supermarked, flere gode restauranter og barer

Wifi en apartamento y zona común. Situación inmejorable, en lo alto de una pequeña colina que permite unas vistas al mar muy bonitas. Además se encuentra en una urbanización tranquila para poder disfrutar de la estancia en la Isla. El apartamento cuenta con un pequeño jardín con terraza. Igualmente en el complejo de la urbanización, se encuentra una piscina de uso común. The apartment is perfectly located with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and several beaches. All within short walking distance. Popular beaches as Amadores, Tauro and Playa del cura. Normally you can take the crystal elevator directly to the beach using your key card. Your terrace has a wonderful view with lots of sun. Aircondition in every room and a big kitchen fully equiped, dining table and bathroom with doble sinks. guest can enjoy Spa, Gym and saltwater pool
