Wunderschöne authentische Finca in dem ruhigen Dorf La Pared. Diese Finca ist die perfekte Unterkunft für alle, die ihren Urlaub auf ruhige und authentische Art und Weise verbringen möchten. Die Finca bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die geräumige und windgeschützte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen, Lesen eines Buches oder einfach zum Genießen der Sonne ein. La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

Casajable, armonía junto al mar

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Wake up to nature in this modern glass house.

This glass house, designed and created by the proprietors, aims to lessen the barrier between structure and nature. Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

Estudio con cama alta desde donde ver el mar y el horizonte, cocina bien equipada, baño completo con plato de ducha, salón comedor y terraza desde donde disfrutar de unas vistas panorámicas del mar. Dispone de hamacas, una plancha eléctrica, fregadero, ducha exterior, bañera ... podrás cocinar y comer disfrutando de las vistas. Por las tardes no hay nada mejor que relajarse con una copa de vino viendo los atardeceres y las noches estrelladas en la bañera.

Desconecta en este alojamiento único y relájate con el sonido del agua. El apartamento cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades y si necesitaras algo yo estaré encantada de atenderte y ayudarte, incluso con toda la información necesaria para disfrutar de toda esta maravillosa isla, si es que decides salir a explorar. El patio es compartido conmigo y con tres gatos encantadores y cariñosos. También Kira, mezcla de labrador te dará la bienvenida.
