Apart. new, bright, overlooking the sea in one of the best areas of Puerto del Carmen. The terrace is great for breakfast or dinner watching the sea and pool. With all the amenities: Wiffi, air conditioning ,, safe, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, TV 50 ", kettle, coffee maker, utensils (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, ...), pool Children + adults, playground, private parking. Bars, restaurants and large supermarket at 300 meters. Chica beach at 500 meters.

Disfruta de las vistas de este alojamiento muy céntrico y recien reformado. Muy bien situado en un complejo turistico. Está a 2 minutos de las playas y de la avenida principal, donde hay un gran paseo peatonal y carril bicis. Hay restaurantes, bares y tiendas muy cercanos a menos de 1 minuto. Parada de autobus a 1 minuto y supermecados. En una segunda planta sin ascensor. Actualización de la ducha (más amplia y de mayor calidad) y del colchón.
