Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. The house is the result of a detailed planning whose excellent work was done by a local builder. There are three (3) rooms, all have air conditioning. The breezes are fairly regular on this high hill, so no mosquitoes. There are also ceiling fans everywhere in the house. One King bed, two Queen beds.
