Es un residenial privado con 24h seguridad y con un acceso directo a la playa .La casa tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 D con A/C y con amplios baños en suite y una mezzanine de 60 m2 con una cama queen y sofá cama ( 2 x twin ) creando una gran zona chill out con Tv de 52 pulgadas con Smart TV. La planta baja tiene un Baño con aseo. Hay un cuarto de servicio anexo.

A spectacular WoW villa, in the mountains, overlooking Playa Coson. ***This is NOT a party villa. We have neighbors here. In the daytime low-level music and after 10 pm NO Music. A very spacious and comfortable, private villa, with all comfort. And a huge pool, a swim-up bar, and an infinity pool. The villa is 8 minutes distance from center of town, where you will have shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars. In the mountains. 4x4 car is advised. Electricity villa NOT included.
