Dúplex con vistas al mar

Duplex situado en un tranquilo y seguro complejo cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, del parque acuático y del campo de golf. La playa está a 15min. caminando con un precioso paseo junto al mar. Enfrente del complejo hay un pequeño supermercado y a 10min. está el gimnasio Santa Rosa Sport. Por la situación no es imprescindible el coche ya que hay una parada de autobús a 5 min. de la casa, que te comunicara con Arrecife capital pero si quieres alquilar uno hay parking gratuito delante de la casa.

Salón con sofá-cama de 1,40 m., smart-tv con acceso a plataformas y canales internacionales, wifi de alta velocidad. Dormitorio con cama de 1,60 m, amplio armario y cajonera. Baño con ducha. Desde el salón se accede a una terraza con vistas al mar, con mesa, sillones y sillas. Otros: Lavadora, plancha, secador de pelo y caja fuerte.

Bellissimo monolocale recentemente ristrutturato a Costa Teguise, situato nel complesso di Playa Roca, direttamente sul meraviglioso lungomare pedonale che conduce a playa bastian in 5 minuti, al quale si può accedere attraverso un cancello privato . Lo studio ha un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto, WiFi (fibra) e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Aree comuni come una piscina con lettini, aree verdi e un bar a bordo piscina, c'è un comodo parcheggio di fronte all'edificio.

Casa Ola, newly refurbished in Costa Teguise

Casa Ola is a newly refurbished apartment located in the excluve residential area Los Molinos, in Costa Teguise which is the sole designed by the master and visionaire César Manrique. The garden, the two pools and the building reflect the particular style you can only find in Lanzarote: white walls, lavic stones and cactus plants. At 300mt walking distance there is Playa Bastían, but you can reach Las Cucharas Beach and the centre of Costa Teguise in less than 15 minutes walk.
