This private & tranquil jungle casita is a 7 min. walk to town and 5 min. walk to Playa Amarillo beach where you can find a small grocery store, local bars and friendly fun waves. The house is a stand alone casita on our shared property. It has its own outdoor space including a private hammock with shade. You have a fully equipped kitchen and fridge, your own private fiber optic WiFi and access to a washer. We can arrange motorcycle, bicycle, &surfboard rentals, taxi services & boat trips!

Casa Moringa 🌴 Private House w/ Pool and AC

Casa Moringa is tucked away in the privacy of the trees in one of the most central locations in Playa Gigante. Only a few minutes walk to beautiful Gigante beach and the center of town. There is free parking inside the fully fenced property. On-site caretaker is available to answer any questions you have in Spanish or English. Let us help you book activities such as surfing, horseback riding, boat tours, fishing, in house meals, massages or manis/pedis at the house, or transportation.

Hacienda Iguana - Studio Apartment - 1 Bedroom

This newly remodeled studio offers a cozy stay for up to 2 people. It is located at the new La Joya commercial area in the middle of the eco casita phase 1 development within Hacienda Iguana. The unit is equipped with a small kitchen and office area. There is an air conditioning unit and fan in the living room and bedroom areas. We have a 55'' smart tv, and our WiFi is reliable. - 4 seater golf cart rental is available @ $50/day. - 6 seater golf cart rental is available @ $60/day.
