Ein Einkaufszentrum befindet sich in einer Entfernung von ca. 2 km. Die nächste Kreisstadt liegt etwa 7 km entfernt. Die Umgebung ist geeignet für Wanderungen und zum Rad fahren.

Dům je ve městě,kde je malá zástavba.V okolí je pár baráčků a nějaká zahrádka,samota v lese to není ! Je to na okraji města, kde už je možné vyrazit do přírody. In the evening you relax in our cozy wooden house under the pine trees, so that new adventures await you in the largest contiguous forest in Central Europe the next day. The Grünhäuschen is located on the grounds of the former municipal office, protected from traffic noise, under pine trees.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The holiday home 'Werner' is located in Neustadt, in Vogtland, and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday in nature with your loved ones. There are dams and bathing opportunities in the immediate vicinity, as well as good hiking and cycling opportunities. The 50 m² property is situated near the forest and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 4 people.
