Sanjar was an accommodating and flexible host with a stunning property. He was responsive, kind, and cheerful when communicating. The property itself is sparkling clean and beautifully appointed; the 15th floor view can’t be beat. Generous linens and toiletries, comfortable furniture, and great workstation. This is a great find for a weekend spent in the city. Thank you for everything!

Great place to stay.

Troy's place was exactly as listed and very clean. It is an interesting space inside but very intimate- best for couples or a single person. The apartment is "almost" the bathroom, and the only seat per se is the toilet. You could sit on the stairs to the loft. This place is going to be perfect for a couple who wants to experience downtown Omaha and be close to the airport. Loved interacting with both Troy and Izzy. They made an effort to check us in early with no notice which was appreciated- we also would have been fine with dumping our luggage somewhere but they wanted to make sure we were in good shape. Cost wise, maybe we were at peak but I have to say we paid the price of a 4 or 5 star hotel. That was 100% my choice of course, and finding a hotel that weekend is going to be darn near impossible so we were just happy to find such a wonderful space. Thanks for being such great hosts.

Perfect set up for a weekend visit! Loved that we could bring the dogs too! Great location downtown, very walkable area & nice little park across the street for the dogs. Chris was good with communication & instructions. Apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We’ll keep this on the list for future visits!

This place was perfect for my husband and I. It was SO adorable and VERY clean! There was always a place to park outside with just a short walk to the apartment. It’s close to many restaurants and fun places. Federico was a very responsive host and I feel like if we needed anything (we didn’t because everything was perfect) he would have helped right away. You can’t go wrong staying here!!

The place was exactly as described and the host was super communicative, which we really appreciated, fast replies and clear instructions throughout our stay. That said, a few things to note for future guests: the bed sheets had some burnt holes, the floor wasn’t very clean (Doritos crumbs were on the floor), and there weren’t any indoor slides which was very inconvenient. It was also quite noisy, so I wouldn’t recommend this spot for light sleepers or anyone sensitive to sound. There were no locks on the bedroom doors, and while there was a washer/dryer, no laundry detergent was provided. Overall, not the most comfortable stay for us, but we’re thankful for the host’s responsiveness and effort. Thanks for having us!

Scott exceeded our expectations as did his place. Gifts, supplies, quiet, comfort. There was a few nites I strongly suspected cigarette smoke (in this NON SMOKING Bldg), Scott and The HOA president took care of the issue with amazing speed and persistence. So grateful.

Great place to stay and location so convenient. We were given earplugs for street noise but didn’t need them to sleep. The busy street was quiet between 11pm and 6am.

Ashlee was a great host who was quick to respond and communicate, and she provided the easiest instructions. The place was clean, well kept, and felt like home. I highly recommend this place for anyone that is visiting Lincoln!!

The perfect place to stay for graduation this weekend. We had a Nurse graduating and we were able to walk to all the great spots to celebrate her.

I got to fully experience life in a luxury downtown apartment in the City. I always felt very safe inside and all around the building. Families are walking around all over the neighborhood. Downtown Omaha is very, very clean. Drivers are polite and considerate of other drivers and especially of pedestrians. In just one word: delightful!

I had my crew stay here for the week, what a wonderful place to stay. Very peaceful and Tyler is very responsive and always willing to help. The house is wonderful, neat and clean. I would recommend to anyone staying in Kearney.

Booked Ambers home to get ready for a wedding and it was a perfect fit. Ambers communication was excellent. Her home was very clean and it comfortably fit all 12 of us and could have fit more. Would definitely book her home again! 10/10 rating from everyone who stayed there.

Great place to stay. Nice neighborhood. Wished it was warmer so we could enjoy the backyard. Home close to O St. where kids cruise so the cars are loud Friday and Saturday night. Yadira's home is still on our list of places to stay.

I loved staying here! If I’m back in the area I’d stay again! Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. The house is spacious and accommodating. I felt right at home! Highly recommend this house!

The place is beautiful and very gorgeous, we would stay here again. Know that Rooster is pretty loud in the mornings. The sound machines help, but the Rooster is louder. Other than the early morning wake up call by Rooster, everything else was absolutely awesome! We would return for another trip, the Rooster adds to the midwest appeal.

Our little family took an adventure up to Nebraska to the zoo in Omaha and had an amazing stay here, it was a comfy and cozy stay. It was peaceful and quiet and allowed for relaxation when we got back from being at the zoo all day. Our girls enjoyed talking with Aish and Conner and their dog. They are very nice and friendly and their dog is a sweetie. They really enjoyed the trampoline in the backyard. My daughter is a Harry Potter fan and she was so excited to see an actual cupboard under the stairs, her and her sister hid in there, played and colored. It’s a very clean and well taken care of place. I will definitely be staying here again if come back to Nebraska.

This is a fantastic home base when visiting Lincoln. It was the perfect place to be together as a family with multiple generations in attendance. We were able to make a gourmet meal, enjoy a fun game night and relax together with plenty of space. We will definitely stay again!
