Exclusiva casa construida el año 1902, totalmente reformada con importantes detalles de caracter señorial. Cuenta con 2 grandes terrazas, una de ellas con vistas al mar, sala dónde relajarse y un salón con chimenea y TV satélite. Dispone de una moderna cocina con todo el equipamiento necesario y barbacoa exterior. Encontramos 4 habitaciones con grandes camas de matrimonio y sus respectivos baños completos, una de ellas en suitte.Todas las dependencias disponen de wifi de alta velocitat y AC.

LA PALETA- CASA EN PRIMERA LINEA DE LA PLAYA

La casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones y 3 baños completos. En la planta baja se encuentra la cocina, el comedor y un baño, un patio interior y una terraza exterior. En la primera planta encontramos el salón para lo vistas al mar y una habitación con terraza interior, además de otro baño. En la segunda planta tenemos la habitación principal con vistas al mar y escritorio, dos habitaciones dobles, una con terraza interior, y el tercer baño. El salón cuenta con una chimenea para el invierno.

The house is an exclusive place situated less than 1 mile away from Deià, 500yd from Llucalcari and 4 miles from Soller. It is situated in a privilege place called Serra de Tramuntana. The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
