The villa is situated in ideal location and has a total of 4 separate bedrooms, pool, outside dining table, and a garden. The property is 200 meters away from the nicest beach In Barcelona, wide and 5km long with a promenade. In walking distance there are plenty of beach clubs, bars, and restaurants. AirCon is in every room. 4 full bathrooms. Private parking is included. There is a bus around the corner and a train station 7 minutes away directly to the center of Barcelona, airport is 10km away.

La casa es muy bonita y en una zona muy tranquila, está totalmente equipada. Tiene piscina, barbacoa, terraza y velador con muebles de jardín. Está ubicada en el Parque Natural del Garraf y a 8 km. de las magníficas playas de Sitges. Comprometidos con el medio ambiente, la vivienda incorpora a sus servicios una instalación fotovoltaica, recogiendo energía del Sol pero teniendo acceso a la red eléctrica convencional cuando la energía solar no es accesible(durante las noches y los días de lluvia)

The modern kitchen has everything you need to make your stay perfect. There is Wifi throughout. New beds. A very large balcony + an amazing private patio (partially furnished in winter) The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, beach towels . Located in one of the quietest streets of Sitges but yet steps away from all the bars, restaurants, shops, museums and beaches.
